Even though I didn't think I could afford anything, I, nevertheless took a day-off from work and braved my way through 405 traffic during Friday morning rush hour just to be present as soon as the sale started. The estate sale was clean, organized and reasonably priced. The prices were not exorbitant, but they were researched and fair. I was able to furnish my new house with Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furniture, wool rug, and décor as well as Sony electronics that are still available at the retail stores at 60-80% below retail price. I even returned the following day just to check if there's any additional items that I needed for the house and to my surprise, everyone greeted me like an old friend! Tracey, Kyle and the entire team were very professional, friendly and helpful. I even chatted with many of them at different times on both days of the sale and they are all genuinely nice and sincere people. Although I'm not an estate sale enthusiast, 210 Estate Auction runs a great operation and has whole-heartedly earned my loyalty as a buyer. Since they only handle nothing but the best, I will surely be checking their website for upcoming sales and looking forward to finding more luxurious treasures. The woman doing the estate sale in Monrovia was sarcastic and rude. When asked if she worked here she gave me a rude reply saying " no I just come to estate sale and stand here " I then asked for an item on the wall and if it was ok if I took it down she said " I said no I don't want it down " and then proceeds to talk bad about me to another customer in front of me . Absolutely no people skills what so ever . A total disrespect and should have no business dealing with humans beings . read more

I was in need of a new coffee table and when I couldn't find one on Facebook marketplace I decided to try out an estate sale. I have been to estate sales before and knew that they could be a great way to buy expensive items for a reasonable price. I ended up at an estate sale held by this company in Silverlake. While inside I came across a coffee table that I really wanted but the price was way out of my set range. Tracey, however would not allow me to leave empty handed and when I told her that I liked the coffee table but couldn't afford it she asked me to make an offer. To my surprise she actually accepted it and even offered to deliver it to my home in Pasadena. The piece is absolutely beautiful and I'm so proud to own it; I cannot recommend them more! read more

Went to an estate sale in Playa Vista that they were handling with my guy and our service dog. Despite THE LAW we were told to leave because of our dog and when we pulled out our paperwork to prove that she was registered we were told, "I'm sure you have a lot of problems, GET OUT!" Negative!! Terrible service, overpriced rude Backed out on buying some video games yesterday, bought a bunch of other stuff.. paid $280. Paul let me pay $80 in Venmo Went back today because the game system was missing all electric connectors, they were not helpful. Went to pay for item, asked Paul if I could pay Venmo again, he says no. I said you let me yesterday his response was "I know what I did yesterday, because you didn't buy the gaming system, it's still here." OMG!I left that stuff yesterday at 9:30am, they had all day yesterday and today and they are trying to blame me! It's not selling because it's priced too high. They looked them up and asking same as eBay or higher.. geez I wonder why it's not selling! The other older guy tried to make me feel guilty yesterday for not buying. No other estate company has ever done that to me. Paul has had business with me before, was always odd but yesterday and today, just rude, yelled at me for helping calculate price on calculator-I was trying to help..he would yell out price and I was adding. He stops and says are you gonna be quiet so I can add? Wtf- I was repeating what he was yelling out because he kept messing up and have to start again. As a home owner utilizing the services of 210 Estate Sales, I was very disappointed. Lack of adequate supervision during the sale, despite clearly marked and taped "no entry" areas, resulted in the breaching and rifling through areas where theft of valuable items occurred. the blond with short hair is bereft of compassion or manners. as a regular and experienced estate sale customer used to high-end sales I would never recommend this company with such a poor attitude. You can do better avoid to them, The rest of the staff was nice, but she is on her high horse, bossy and nasty. No deals here . Not charging tax , so probably operating without a business license. I'm sure the city license bureau and state franchise tax board would love to hear about that. I prefer legitimate companies that do everything on a computer and give you a receipt. I pity the poor sellers as there is no accounting taking place as to how much money they are taking in for your items. read more

I strongly recommend using 210 Estate Liquidation and Auctions. Tracey and Kyle demonstrated that they are honest professionals with excellent skills in estate sales and liquidation. They have a web site, www.210estatesales.com , that advertises current and future sales and they also advertise on Craig's List. The posting for Our sale generated 8,941 hits. The owner was never the type to accumulate large amounts of stuff. He bought quality items but few in number. He lived simply, avoiding clutter. That meant that there was not a large quantity of items to sale. The condo was one a street that had a slope and limited parking may have lowered the activity. Other positive points are: Excellent communication with me that were frequent and responsive. The presentation and services were professional and through. They provided contact to a non profit organization that accepted many left over items and disposed of the remainder. The accounting was adequate for our pourposes. Documentation for the donated items was provided for future tax preparation. We are very satisfied customers and will be recommending 210 Estate sales to others. read more

I went to an estate sale in Sierra Madre today and immediately picked up a santa picture. I carried it around the place for about 20 minutes looking at various things. I go to check out and the very RUDE lady told me it's sold. I said what do you mean I have been carrying this around for 20 minutes. No sold sign,nothing. In fact she saw me carrying it around. She proceeds to yell at me ITS SOLD and I'm a liar for saying I was carrying it around. You made a side deal with one of your buddies and took it from me an honest customer who came in to buy it. And then you and the cashier decided to scream at me and my husband. How dare you. Buyer beware! And estate sale owner should be worried if they do business like this what side deals are they doing with your funds! Never ever ever again. Terrible !!! Btw I don't think you deserve any stars but yelp made me give you on in order to post this. I do NOT recommend you to anyone. Your comment is absurd. I pulled the picture when you opened. There was no one in front of me. I just walked around for a long time with it gathering other things to buy with my husband. Got a nice check and left the condo ready for sale. A small glitch at the end with overfilling a dumpster so just be sure to make sure if you think you may need a dumpster pay a few bucks and insist on one... Really great people to work with.. I love going to 210's Estate Sales- they are always priced fairly and are fun to haggle with- a little. The blonde gal will go back and forth a little then just draw a line; which is fine. Their sales are always organized, tidy and their staff is helpful as well. One thing I notice is that their sales never look picked over on the first day, which means they are not pre-selling to dealers and their friends. If I see something in a picture and get their early, chances are I can get it. I have purchased lots of great vintage jewelry fro them and plan to continue. read more

I would expect anyone in a sales position to honor their agreement to sell, especially after taking a customer's money. At least I was able to get my money back. WOW!! just went to 210 estate auctions sale today, and was welcomed with smiles and a very friendly host named tracey, and it was the first sale i have to admit were i felt so relaxed and comfortable, and she was very down to earth, and her price's are extremely accommodating, i've been to over 100 estates in my time, and i have to say she's one of the best in the business, tracey took the time to talk to you, and made sure you were happy with the price's. They are absolutely wonderful people. So I was introduced to them by my Business bank banker. She use them when her mother died. So when our situation came up she couldn't speak more highly of them. After meeting with them I knew I had the right people. I don't know what your situation is, however I will tell you a little bit about mine. I did not have the time nor energy to deal with this matter. I wanted one stop shopping, but I wanted the best. I will say that I did take some of my mothers jewelry to a shop in Beverly Hills, of which I will politely not name, and was quite surprised that I received more by having Kyle and Tracey handle it. I was also very surprised when a couple days later after everything was said and done they handed me a check for around $30,000. When I say after everything was said and done... I truly mean that. My banker was not lying to me when she told me the house would be left empty and clean. On top of the checks that they handed me I received a tax deduction for the stuff that did not sell or was not worth selling I guess. But the beautiful part about them they handled everything. I did not have to move anything or call anyone. I tell anyone and everyone about them. It's funny I still keep in contact with them every once in a little while. On a completely sidenote I have referred A friend who needed to sell her diamond engagement and wedding ring because of a nasty divorce. She lives in Malibu and Took the ring to a few different jewelers and got offres on the ring. I referred her to Kyle she met with him and he gave her more than the others. When she told one of them she had sold it Via Kyle was a guy increased his offer. My point in telling you this is that Kyle was so good to this lady and she told me that she was shocked he was able to help and that he didn't play games like the other jewelers. -robin" read more

After losing our parents, we were faced with the overwhelming task of needing to liquidate their estate. We decided to do our due diligence, and visited 20 estate sales across two weekends, to better understand the process, meet liquidators, and get some ideas about how to go about the process. One of the ladies we spoke with recommended Tracey and Kyle, and for that reason we contacted them. After interviewing about half a dozen alternatives, we chose 210 estate auctions based on Tracey's and Kyle's personalities, experience and professionalism. It was the best decision we made. All if the 210 estate auction team members were organized, responsible, firm with us as the sellers as well as with the buyers when they needed to be, and very kind hearted to us during a very delicate moment in our lives. The event was held for two days, and they managed to keep the house clean and its contents organized, and did an excellent job with crowd control, as well as with difficult buyers and negotiators. After the sale, they organized the pick-up of unsold items, left the house spotless and provided us with our sales proceeds within 48 hours. They were a joy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone faced with the estate liquidation challenge.
