I'm from the US and considered that in Ireland the same non-discrimination laws may not apply, but I just looked it up and service animal are in fact allowed in establishments serving food. I hope Kashmir staff educate themselves and provide more equitable treatment to their guests in the future. Observing this ruined the meal for me, unfortunately.
