The girl told me it was due to poor internet. I went back today to get a new crown put on. They filed my tooth down and then wanted to due a scan to make the new crown. Again, the program did not work! Again, the girls told me it is due to poor internet and it happens "regularly". I sat there for an hour and a half. As I was getting irritated the dentist came in and said "it is not his fault." "We have used this program for years". Maybe that is the problem. Get a program that works and internet that works so the staff can do their job!
