Great, everyone is very nice and polite. They are very welcoming. You don't stay seated very long before they escort you to the back. They walk you through everything there going to do. Allow you to ask questions about what they are doing step by step. I feel very comfortable when I'm there. They always ask you how your day is. And I'm a black woman and it's also nice to see colors doesn't matter. Like that the most. read more

Alicia R. was so kind, friendly, and professional. I had my deep cleaning done with her over two visits, and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough and took her time to make sure every tooth was cleaned well. I've been to many dental offices over the years, so I can definitely tell when someone does a great job. Alicia is honestly one of the best hygienists I've ever had. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend Alicia to my family and friends. Thank you, Alicia, for taking such good care of my teeth! read more

AVOID this office at all costs. Front desk is so rude and condescending all they want to do is charge you extra money for things. I literally work at a dental office and deal with insurance and they straight up lied to my face to charge me extra money. The front desk girls are absolutely so rude and don't explain anything at all, when you ask them more questions they try to shut up you down fast. So if you want to be treated badly and pay a big cost for things you don't need I'd definitely come here! Skip the trouble of being treated badly by the front desk. Mind you I've came here for years since I was a teenager and the new staff/front desk is awful. I'll be switching and the owners should definitely hire new front desk girls. read more

Ora Dentistry - Cosmetic Dentists Near Me - Elk Grove, California

I had a great experience today getting a filling and a crown. The dentist and dental assistant worked seamlessly as a team, anticipating each other's needs and making the entire procedure smooth and efficient. The Novocain injection was administered with practically no pain, which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was friendly, and the dentist kept me informed and engaged throughout the visit, explaining each step along the way. The front desk staff was also welcoming, helpful, and professional. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, but this was by far the most relaxed and comfortable dental experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this office! read more

Hygienist Sophia was really good. She takes her time and being very thorough to clean my teeth. I would recommend her.

It was my 1st time here today. I recently moved here from SoCal and was looking for a new dentist. Scheduling an appointment was easy and straightforward on their website. I really appreciated this because sometimes life gets busy and we just need to quickly make an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and the front desk staff were super professional. There was a glitch where my appointment didn't show up on their notes but they still let me stay for my appointment! First off, the aesthetic of this office was GORGEOUS. It's bright and classy looking. I loved it. The waiting area was clean and there was even a little coffee/drink area where you can grab things for yourself as you wait. For patient patient work, it was very up to date because I used an ipad to complete my patient forms (completely paperless!). After completing my paperwork, I waited a few more minutes and was called in. The dental assistant was wonderful, friendly, and easy to talk to (I'm sorry I forgot your name!!). She first sat down and explained to me what was going to happen at my first appointment and even went over anything other things that could happen based on what the dentist decides to do. I appreciated the transparency and detailed information. The dental assistant was quick and efficient with taking my dental pictures of my teeth and great with her xrays (She didn't even have to retake any xrays and did it all in one go which is great because this limited my exposure to radiation). She was gentle and also continued to explain as she took my xrays. The dentist I saw was Dr. Dalla was professional and caring as he gave me an overall exam/check up. He was great in explaining what I needed to do for my next appointment. He was honest and not push-y with dental treatment, which is much appreciated. Afterwards, I was given an estimate for my upcoming procedures and the staff was quick with helping me find a date that works best for my next appointment. Overall, Ora Dentistry is great. It took me some time to finally find a dentist in Elk Grove and I am so happy I went with Ora Dentistry and look forward to continuing my dental care here! read more

I made an appointment online and was told the consultation would be at no charge. When I got there, they said there would be a charge hundreds of dollars. They told me that's a third-party booking and they're not always correct. The girls in the office are absolutely rude and money hungry. I think I just dodged a bullet because I was going to have implants. I will look elsewhere. read more

Went in today to finish my crown install on my implant. Dentist was very efficient and finished in less than 30 minutes. Great job.

Hard to believe all these good reviews when I called in and couldn't even get a wide price range. Front desk was not helpful at all and said a quote is different for everyone. Calling for someone out of town who cannot physically be there in person for a consultation. Only needed an end cap of it could be up to $30k here for top and bottom dentures. They definitely want you to come in and spend more money unknowingly. read more

Great staff, very friendly. Impressed with their technology, makes my last dental office feel like something from the 80s! Efficient flow between my two appointments: my implant impression and my biannual checkup. I'm glad I chose this practice! read more

I recently moved here from the Bay Area and have always been someone who doesn't enjoy going to the dentist. That said, my experience with Dr. Dalla completely changed that. He was incredibly patient, and his care and bedside manner were excellent. His dental assistant was just as wonderful--kind, comforting, and reassuring. She has a great way of making you feel like you're truly in good hands. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Overall, a very positive experience. I'm really glad I found this office. read more

I had an unexpected issue after a procedure and needed to be seen. Ora Dentistry got me in right away, which immediately put my mind at ease. The team took the time to thoroughly examine everything, explain what was happening, answer all of my questions, and reassure me that I was healing well. From the front office staff to the assistants and doctors, everyone is consistently professional, kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They never make you feel rushed and always treat you with respect and empathy. I'm so grateful for the excellent care I've received and highly recommend Ora Dentistry to anyone looking for a team that truly puts their patients first. read more

Sophia did an excellent job with my X-rays and cleaning. She provided great customer service from start to finish, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how attentive she was during the cleaning. She consistently cleared my mouth, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. She was also very thorough. I could tell she takes pride in her work when she redid one of the X-rays to get it just right, even though it already looked okay to me and the doctor. That level of attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely ask for Sophia for my next cleaning. read more

After reading all the amazing reviews, I called today to schedule a new patient appointment for my husband and was excited about the experience. After booking the appointment, I asked whether he would have a copay--a pretty standard question when making a medical or dental appointment. The receptionist seemed annoyed and irritated that I asked, and the call ended with me feeling confused. Baffled, I called back to ask when I would receive that information and to make sure I hadn't misunderstood her attitude. Unfortunately, I hadn't. She was very unpleasant during our second conversation as well. As our first interaction with the practice, it left a really negative impression. Customer service matters, especially when it's someone's first experience with an office. I ended up canceling the appointment. There are plenty of great dentists in the area, and we'll be choosing one that makes us feel welcome from the start. read more

Wish I would have known that the temporary bridge was way whiter than my real teeth. So I have to walk around for a month with literally 4-5 shades lighter until my real bridge gets in. I also have a dark piece of cement showing. $2200. To walk around looking like a freak. read more

Great group.. very professional, detailed and courteous of your time. Happy to make the move to this office.

A very huge overall lack of care for their patients. Definitely a money hungry company there's plenty of other dentist that I'm sure could do the same work while offering better customer service. I had a tooth extraction that didn't feel like it was healing properly and instead of comforting me through the process and helping me through it, in their email word for word Ora dentistry said "there's not much we could do to help" so if the same place is able to detect that there's something wrong why wouldn't you help detect if there was something wrong? When I went to schedule my emergency visit because I thought the pain was beyond extreme they cancelled it and moved my time around because apparently they all go on their lunches at 12? However you can literally book your visit for 12 so that's also very misleading. They changed my appointment to 1 which I couldn't make and still doubled down that even if I did show up "they couldn't really do much to help" like what kind of dentist space is this. After countless and pointless emails of them ignoring the pain I was in they asked if I just wanted more pain medication and when I told them the location of the pharmacy I wanted it sent to THEY LITERALLY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ONE. After replying to my email confirming that they would send it where I asked. Overall really disappointed with their lack of after care especially since they can see I've been going to them since about 2020. So 5 years of time wasted on people who felt like they couldn't really help me when I was trying to gauge the pain I was experiencing during a tooth extraction. You can go here if you just want your teeth ripped out and to be sent on your way! This is definitely the place for you!!! read more

Awesome and fast. All inclusive which is amazing. Highly recommend! People are friendly and didn't have any pain for 4 implants.

My experienced with Ora care was extremely satisfying. Dr. Gia was very nice and took care of my problem right away. It was almost instantaneous. This will be my dentist place forever. Thank you Dr. Dalla , Sierra and staff! My mother had to come into the office to repair a denture which had broken. Dr. Dalla came into the room to explain the cause of the dentures breaking and took the time to clinically explain the reason that dentures in general break or fracture. I spent $16,000 for a 'snap-on' set of denture implants which began to deteriorate almost immediately. First, one of the implanted posts came unscrewed which they screwed back in for $100. A couple of years later a tooth broke, so they charged me another $300 to fix it. All together I've been back 3 times for repairs, and everytime they want more money to fix their shoddy bridge. This last and fourth time, they wanted $150 just for a consultation, which I feared would result in them requesting more money or saying they couldn't do anything about my repairs, or both. They then rescheduled my appointment, which appears to be what they do when someone is having issues. My only source of income is Social Security, so it was a real stretch to tap my life savings and come up with the $16,000, but I did it, believing all their hype, and thinking my device would last much longer then four years. I think they should stand behind their work and make needed repairs for no charge instead of constantly refusing to do so, or charging more money to repair their defective products. My teeth have become a money pit for me, and Dr. Dallas's golden goose. I've contacted my medical malpractice attorney, but he's on vacation for a few more days, so right now I'm reduced to gumming my food, and wishing I had gone to a more ethical establishment. read more
