You can see in the photo that they broke off one of my lamps in the yard. They did not acknowledge it and furthermore, after contacting customer service (Lorne Miki) they told me they would forward the complaint and photo to one of their managers, Steven Guyer, who's yet to contact me regarding the claim. 2 more follow up emails have gone out without a response. Unfortunately you can't leave a review on Amazon, so I chose this route. Buyer/Shippee beware!
