She read my file before she ever stepped in the room, in spite of the fact that I wasn't kept waiting. She listened to me before she did the exam, and kept asking me questions so I know she got a really good handle on my issues. We discussed treatment, and then she asked me if there was anything else--and her hand wasn't even on the doorknob--she was still actually talking to me, instead of rushing off! Last of all, a big shout out to the pharmacy staff. Y I u guys are icing on the cake. So personable, prompt, and made the entire experience end on a happy note. I have to say, that was the BEST recommendation anyone could ever pray for! Dr Bajpai is the most personable, knowledgable doctor we've ever had! We have always been called in before or very close to our appointment time. His nurse is equally wonderful!
