Feet like my feet was on hot sharp needles. Having this pain for weeks now. I was wearing a full hard neck brace, back brace and a walker. Was in tears and extremely emotional. Had called the DPM call center and was told by a lovely lady Linda. Go in at 9am when they open. Was explaining my situation to the 2 ladies at the front desk. They couldn't help said they didn't have any appt available. I again explained that I spoke to Linda who told me to come in at 9am after she checked the system. So I asked if I could to any Dr for I was told to come in at 9am and was in extreme pain. Some other lady then tells me the Dr is refusing to speak to me. I explained again that I was told to come when they opened at 9am. I was frustrated and upset then left. Right away I came back for please for them to let me speak to any Dr. This Dr came out telling me my behavior is unacceptable walked to the front door and very loudly told me to leave. He loudly about 3-4 times yelled at me telling me to leave. They don't have aniamd booked due to 4th of July. He then again yelled at me to get out now of else. I was scared he would call the cops. Can you believe he then gives me his business card the yelled at me again to leave that they aren't open until 11am. I then again yelled at me. I was trying again to appeasing I'm just in a lot of pain. He point get out and locks the door behind right away. OMG. I left walking around the corner sat on the curb and cried. I can't believe was just happened. I called the other location and explained everything that just happened. They told me to come in the other location at 2800 the next morning to see Dr. Adam Cirlincinoe. What a disgusting was to treat anyone especially when you're a doctor. read more

Great check in to visit with Dr Mechak. Staff was friendly and all safety precautions were taken. No more than 2 patients in the waiting room at a time. Mr Mechak provide great foot care. Thank you Dr Mechak read more

Great customer service from the the front desk to the back office, everyone is absolutely AMAZING! Docs have great bedside manners, are very thorough, answer all questions, respond quickly to phone calls, and shares care and concern for the patients. I highly recommend!!! read more

My job requires me to be on my feet daily. After several months of severe, sharp foot pain I decided that I've put myself last for my job and really needed to have my foot checked out. I arrived early knowing paperwork was a priority, was greeted with a smile and literally waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen. Shout out to the tech! Big greeting attitude, and smile, knowing she works with feet all day ha, ha! My appointment was with Dr.Larsen, who might I add was amazing! He made me feel comfortable, eased a lot of my concerns and came up with a plan!! I didn't feel rushed at all. He really gave me the time and answered any questions that I had. Let's just say the Cortisone injection allowed me to sleep without any pain!!! I'm so glad i chose toffice! 5 Stars definitely read more

If no stars were an option, that would be better suited. Went here today, and not before calling to make sure they received the referral, even thought my insurance does not require it. They said yes, they have it. Today, the office staff member told me that it was emailed, and had to be faxed. I called my primary care doctor who told me that this staff member did not know what she was talking about, that a paper referral was all that was needed. So after travelling there and waiting, I just left. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! read more

I've been taking my Mom here since Dr. Turri was at this location. Since he left, never has the staff at the front desk acknowledged us when we walked in and signed in directly in front of them. They ignore you. They look at you. No nod, no smile, they just look. When you pay, the experience is similar. They tell you the amount. Period. The podiatrist we saw ran in, dug into my Mother's feet, (Mom was yelling for her to stop) and ran out. My mother was not treated with any respect. The Dr. did not introducer herself. Yes, she is old. But she still has her dignity. The Dr. had her bag on her shoulder and was saying goodnight (to a mostly unresponsive staff) before we had paid the $50 copay. This office has a very rude receptionist. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and was treated with disrespect and rudeness. Do the doctors hear her talk to people this way on the phone? If so, how do they keep her employed? Where is the professionalism? They lost my business. I called another podiatrist and made an appointment with no problem. I can't give the doctors in this practice a rating because I couldn't get past the rude receptionist. I can only think that they condone her unprofessional manner. read more

I went to this foot doctor and he didn't even look at my foot and just gave me a prescription after I told him I been dealing with this problem for about a year. I WOULD DEFIANTLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !! read more
