This office does not even deserve one star. My father who is in his late 80's had an appointment with Dr. Palmeri. His appointment was at 3pm. He was called into the examination room at 3:05pm by one of the assistants. At approximately 4pm, another assistant came into the examination room and asked my father his name, which he repeated. Another hour goes by and it is now 5pm-TWO HOURS that my father was waiting in the examination room; the doctor never came in to see him NOR did the assistant come back in. So finally, at 5pm, he walked out to the front desk and told the receptionist he is leaving and to not send a bill for a visit that did not happen. This is shameful. Again, my father is in his late 80's and we are currently in a COVID-19 pandemic. Horrible behavior. UPDATE, my father received a bill from this doctor's office, but the doctor never saw him nor completed an examination. So how was a procedure written in his chart when nothing was done and the doctor nor any staff even examined him? read more
