When I questioned her about it, she started yelling like a legitimate sociopath. And I quote: "If you think I'm yelling, then you must have a problem!". What kind of a doctor speaks like this? She then said that she wasn't going to do the culture anymore...? Is she threatening me with not completing the job? How unprofessional! It became clear later that she didn't even take the right sample, and she made it even more clear that she didn't care that she had the wrong one. She kept repeating that she would contact me with the results (BUT SHE HAD THE WRONG SAMPLE!). Barely even wanting to talk her after the way she was treating me throughout the appointment, I needed to ask the vital question of what proper care I needed to take after the work she had just done. She muttered "nothing" while bolting out the room. Stay away from this pompous, cold-hearted, unseemly piece of work!

I had an appointment back in August 2024 in which my health insurance paid for most of the bill. I received a bill for my responsibility which I paid over the phone in November 2024. However, his office continues to send me this bill and I have proof from my credit card bill that they charged me. I spoke to someone several times over the phone at his front desk to resolve this issue to no avail. The last time I spoke to someone she told me to send proof of payment to an email she provided. I emailed my proof but I received no correspondence afterwards. Two days ago, I received the same bill again. I don't understand why whoever is responsible for billing is not doing their job. Now I have to take time off from work to go to this office to resolve this annoying issue. He needs to fire whoever is responsible for billing!!!!
