Absolutely horrid service!!! I went to this establishment today as per my pharmacists…read morerecommendation due to an eye irritation. The receptionist was very polite and asked me to have a seat to see if the optometrist had room to squeeze me in to write me a prescription. I waited about 15 minutes (not bad at all I expected a much longer wait) and then the optometrist called me into the room. I was asked to have a seat a good 10 feet away from the optometrist . The optometrist then asked me what the issue was so I removed my sunglasses and explained how I had woke up and both my eyes were swollen (almost shut) and that I had a patch of white clusters below my eye . I then went on to tell her how I wasn't sure what was going on if it was an infection or an irritation of some kind. She didn't even come close enough to check my eyes, started huffing and puffing, then barked "eye infections equal puss.. Do you have puss". I replied " Am I keeping you from something? Cause it seems to me like you're a bit standoffish. I never said it was an eye infection, I'm not the specialist.... Which is why I'm here". She then replied "well what do you want me to do?". Are you joking this is supposed to be an eye doctor , perhaps get off your lazy butt and actually take a look at my eyes... This is what I paid for right. Anyways I got up, left and will never ever return to this establishment! The Asian optometrist has a bad attitude and seems to be uneducated.. Stay away and take your money elsewhere!
