However the class was pretty uninformative and the "game show" format used for the first aid section was a bit frustrating as more time was spent on deciding whether a team was entitled to points than actually covering the material. I continued on with Beg B, Int 1 and now I'm currently taking int 2 + conversation. Who would've thought I'd be able to have the skills to hold my own in Spanish!!! I can understand about 60% and I can speak in present tense and starting to feel comfortable with past tense. Hola Spanish Centre is the only school in town that allowed me to expand my knowledge as I was able to continue with the following levels from Beginner to Intermediate. They have flexible schedules, the workbooks are practical, their online module is great for extra practice and the teachers are all native speakers and super nice people. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn practical knowledge while having fun. I will be going to South America in September and I'm so excited to use what I've learned at Hola. Hola Spanish offers a nice balance of grammar and written expression with complimentary courses of conversation which allows you to practice what you've learned from a beginner to advanced level. Instead of trying to make it right or even apologizing, she is asking me to remove my review. I even took the time to re-explain my issues in detail, and her response was nothing but gaslighting, sarcasm, and calling me entitled. Now that I know the teacher I had was fired, I feel even more like I wasted a lot of money and learned nothing. I am often hesitant to leave negative reviews for small businesses and I would have happily revised my review if Denna had made even a small attempt to make things right, but I now feel like I have to warn other people against spending money here. The classes were disappointing and the customer service is abhorrent.

They are the most caring tutors I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them. They go the extra mile and I have found them to be more caring then other tutors I have used in the past. THIS IS A SCAM AND UNETHICAL!!! Please avoid this place at all costs. Plus, their teaching is not that good. There's a theatre, art studio, médiathèque/library, classrooms, a café/restaurant (though not opened yet) and an art gallery with exhibitions.
