Earlier today around 12:35pm I was on my way to work when this van C33 almost ran me off the…read morehighway. It was very uncalled for and aggressive. I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

I'm always apprehensive when booking something like this because you never know how smooth or not smooth things will go. Everything went great that day. I like their minivans, doesn't seem to much of a production to get her in and secured. There is room for 1 or 2 additional people that may be traveling with the person (we had an aid with her). They were on time and patient. I'm already using them again.

This is a well-managed company because the van arrived promptly and provided a wheelchair for me. The van was spotless inside and out because it's the driver's responsibility to wash and clean it at every work day's end. Plus, the driver (Gary) demonstrated complete attention to my safety. He securely lashed all four cables to my wheelchair, observed all speed limits, and showed he was an expert at defensive, cautious driving. More than that -- he patiently wheeled me up to my apartment so that I could transfer to my own wheelchair. Gary surely shows ability to train new drivers on matters of safety, serving with care, courtesy, and compassion. Gary made sure I was safe at home.

She paid for an uber from campus, checked in and waited in the waiting room for over 45 mins. When she approached the desk to check on wait times, she was told "Oh, we don't take your insurance anymore. We'll cancel your copay. You can just leave." This very sick young woman left in tears. Unacceptable to let her sit right in front of you for almost an hour and not tell her she could not be seen. Outrageous, callous front desk behavior. Strongly suggest you go somewhere else.
