However; we will remove them from our system and never use them again! The lady (if that's what you want to call her). She answers the phone and she is the nastiest person we have spoken to at a transportation company! She really needs to be removed from that position if they want to have more business. I have read so very many reviews that say she is ugly. No one at any company should treat people the way she does! Office for Seniors I was referred to Carmel Taxi and had a voucher for partial payment (Yeah) because I was going to the Doctor. I made the reservation last week to ensure that I could count on this transportation. The nicest gentleman arrived promptly in clean, shinny car with proper identification on the outside. He put my Scooter into the trunk and made sure that i was in the into the back seat safely. We had a conversation covering many topics on the way to my destination. I had the good fortune of him bringing me home on my return trip. In the Spring I used another taxi service twice and I would rate them a 0 unfortunately. Then I tried Uber and have found Uber to vary greatly with drivers and vehicles, pricing is high with many add on fees. In the future I will call upon Carmel Taxi for my Transportation needs, I felt safe, well cared for and happy at the end of my rides. Thank you!
