He told us "my map is always right," even though the problem was that the wrong address was input! We got out on the side of the road and this man charged us $26 for a 7 minute car ride 12 minutes from our destination. Unbelievable haha I will never be booking with them again and strongly advise any travelers DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. When we asked to speak to the company, driver put phone on speaker and blasted his radio static so we could not be heard or hear what was being said. Crazy behavior. Take these people off the road!
