I like the way my cheeks and chin look, but i know I have more to achieve the look I want, but that's of no fault to charis, it's due to my own financial restraint. Another thing is that charis and the other injectors are not money hungry. They are open and honest about what will look good. They won't inject you with 20 vials in one day because they know it won't feel/look good. There is a reason they are known to be one of the best. I went ahead with Botox injections and waited the obligatory 10 to 14 days to see the results. After about a week I still had significant movement in my forehead. I called the office and they were able to schedule an appointment for me to come back within the allotted window for revision. I ended up going back during that time and got re-injected in my forehead. Waited an additional two weeks and still saw little to no results. When I called the office, the person was very unattentive and dismissive about my concerns. She basically told me I should wait the full three months and then "we could start from scratch" since I didn't know how many units I was getting in the past. Isn't that their job...to gauge how many units I need. She was very defensive and never called me back to see if I was still interested or if there was anything else they could do. I would not go back there again. Given that there are so many medical spas and options for Botox these days, I really feel like the people at Grace medical should have been a little more proactive about customer satisfaction.

It's like she read my mind and knew the exact spots I really needed help with. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was this hard roller she used on my muscles. That hurt. But, I know I needed it because I was getting severe leg cramps in the middle of the night (from hiking and endurance training). She also got my pressure points in my head and massaged my scalp. Guess what.. I haven't a cramp or headache since!! She used hot towels throughout the experience, hot rocks and a warmer down my back when she did my legs because she knew my back needed extra work... she even used this oil that I swear is the best in the world! I paid for an extra 30 minutes because I just did NOT want to leave lol. Also, being that I am training for the Spartan race this year, I will be coming back as much as possible! They also were very patient and gave me breaks if needed through the procedure. The treatments were uncomfortable at first, and I can happily say at my 5th treatment I've already had outstanding results.
