I can see how people report feeling rushed. It isn't set up as a traditional office with waiting rooms and such. I slide my card, answer some questions on the computer and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. There have been times where I needed extra time to discuss issues and I was not rushed or dismissed. I like that they have a lot of different locations and I can adjust which location to visit based on where my work has me running at the time. All of the Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and each has their own unique way of adjusting. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. They host wellness clinics to educate and give back to the communities they serve. Heskett Chiropractic cares. In a world where so many just want to take my money and run, it's nice to know that they are truly invested in me and my health and are always there when I need them.

He said he had never experienced an office staff, so polite and friendly or ones that truly get to know you and remember you every time you come in. He said the second appointment, he walked in and the front desk staff member welcomed him by name. I started coming to see Dr. May for some neck and shoulder issues. I was having and was also blown away by the quality of attention and care I received. The office staff is one of the best I have ever experienced in any medical professional office. When you become a patient here, they make it a point to know who you are and call you by name, which to me is very impressive. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr. May is very down to earth, easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease, especially if it's your first time coming to a chiropractor. He finds ways to relate to you as a person. He likes to chat about music with my husband and spartan races with me. These things are just icing on the cake.
