I was on the search for a Chiropractor that could adjust me without the intimidating procedures…read morethat I had experienced in the past. I gave them a shot, and she was not the only Chiropractor in Waconia or the surrounding cities, but she ended up being the best. I have been going once/week because it is so affordable and it has been a natural fit in my schedule. Emily doesn't spend the whole time breaking me in half; she spends a lot of time working out knots and releasing pressure which has also helped with increasing my energy. I am leaving this review because I was T-Boned by a guy who ran a red light at 70mph which caused some issues for me. I went to see doctors for this accident and all of them talked about how good my Chiropractor was to suggest what she had been suggesting; she made a huge difference in this hard time.

When my daughter sprained her ankle, Dr Barker used the activator method tool to fix her and relieve the swelling. She was back up and playing the next day with no issues. I'm stationed outside of MN, but whenever I'm on leave I'll make the hour drive if he has an open appointment for me.

Before the surgery and after the surgery they took great care to make sure that our daughter was able to regain strength and flexibility in a safe way. She's a competitive soccer player, so the team made sure that her treatment plan was appropriate for her to return to sports when it made sense. Also, our daughter is incredibly shy, but the team at OSR was able to bring her out of her shell so that she felt incredibly comfortable going to PT. This is an excellent team, and we're so glad we found them.

I saw Dr. Troy Knutson, DC, at this clinic. My first visit went well, and I was satisfied enough at…read morethe time to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, my second visit resulted in a serious and medically documented injury. During that appointment, my lower back was adjusted in a way that immediately led to severe complications. Shortly afterward, I was unable to have bowel movements, and my condition rapidly worsened to the point that I had to go to the ER. I was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with a perforated colon, requiring a week-long hospitalization. After being discharged, I contacted Dr. Knutson directly. He acknowledged the situation and told me he had informed Dr. Alex Twenge, DC, and that corrective care would be provided. Despite those assurances, no meaningful or appropriate follow-up care occurred. I have text message documentation confirming these communications. This experience raised serious concerns for me about the standard of care and the lack of accountability afterward. The physical, emotional, and personal impact has been significant, including time lost with my family that I cannot get back. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options and proceed with extreme caution before seeking treatment here.
