I was told I had 1 session left, when I had at least 9 more left per my doctor and insurance company. They told me there was an issue with scheduling for me and they "will call me" when they have it resolved. Well shame on me for waiting for that, cause when I called them finally, they told me my remaining approved sessions were declined. Again, doctor and insurance both said I still had some left, and even went out of my way to get a new referral sent. I even called scheduling myself and they said I was good to go. The location said otherwise. They told me I was discharged, and I found out WEEKS after the supposed discharged date. No email discharge info, no mail discharge info, and even my doctor and insurance got nothing. And they wouldn't even say why. Next time I have an injury where I need physical therapy, even tho I really enjoyed the people helping me, I will never go to STP again. All the progress I had is gone and gotta start all over now.
