Great all around health care. Highly recommended. They treat everything or send you to a specialist. My go to medical clinic.

I was a recent visitor/patient to the clinic. The staff is caring and helpful. I find the nurse Danielle most through and caring as well.

I did a review after first attending this practice. First impression was outstanding. The support…read morestaff, and Dr Mohindra were attentive, caring and responsive. I wish I could have stayed there, however two things took place shortly after my initial visit, that created major red flags. On the first visit with Dr mohindra, I had casually mentioned interest in a glp-1 like zepbound. He said "I will order it; it's $500, just so you know. I said "no, let's wait, I want to do the research as this is all very new to me. And very expensive. Also, I had been hearing that if you might have issues with thyroid or neuro endocrine tumors, then glp ones were off the radar. Well I have those two conditions that were in the process of tests being run, due to concerns in those areas. So a good call, on my part, to wait. When I returned to Dr mohindra for the follow-up from all my initial & quite extensive lab work, he shocked me by angrily accosting me and accused me of blowing off the order for Zepbound (or the similar glp medication) and how "I had cost his office money because they had processed it and I never picked it up!" Whoa. Very unprofessional. Completely out in left field, and to make matters worse, then he never completed going over all my initial new patient lab work with me. I had no idea what the results were because he angrily walked out of the office! So pleasant at the first visit, so shockingly rude and unprofessional at the second. Jekyll and Hyde. In the meantime I had told lots of people about how impressed I was at the FIRST visit to serve MD. I wasn't surprised when a friend who is extremely intelligent and has worked her whole career in the medical field, told me that after I had recommended him to her after my first visit, she had checked him out with the medical board. She informed me that he had several blemishes on his record for one thing or another and that she would not be going to him. Well I informed her that I was no longer seeing him either. Just FYI, anyone who would behave like this and call himself a doctor, not to mention the negligence of not checking out more about my medical history before he quickly ordered a glp 1 that could have been contraindicated due to my history. Wow. I can see why he has had some reprimands from the medical board. So be careful! There are some "loose cannon" practitioners in this community who are getting away with some very bad & unprofessional behavior. Heads up. Here is one of them.

Advised that scans and additional lab work are needed, ask my primary, Dr Mohindra to order. To my shock Dr Mohindra must see me first - in Prescott! My blood pressure is all over the place and my Physician who closed and moved with 5 days notice needs me to drive to Prescott, can't trust ER records on line? What was the point of opening a senior care practice in Cottonwood and then closing it and forcing patients to drive to Prescott? Very very disappointed. Scrambling to get the tests ordered - meanwhile my blood pressure is stroke level.

My family just started going to their office this last year. We moved here from another state and…read morewe had trouble finding a good physicians office with a lot of practitioners. We had no issues becoming patients or making appoints at all. They even take same day sick appointments if needed. We have seen 3 separate practitioners in this office and we have been happy with them all. Very professional. They take time with you and really seem to want your business. We are very happy so far.

This office is an absolute joke. How the office manager Shauntel is still employed her with her…read moreextremely rude and unprofessional demeanor is beyond me. I called on 5/8 inquiring if their office was accepting new patients. I was told yes, then asked a series of typical questions...did I have insurance, what kind, was it through employment, etc. I was then told i would have to go through a patient screening to see if I would be an appropriate fit for them. I was confused by this policy, but agreed to it. I was then asked more questions. Medical conditions, current medications, who prescribed them. The office manager then told me she would forward all this information to the Doctor and if I was accepted they'd call me in a couple weeks to set up an appointment. As of today, I hadn't received a call yet, so I took to my local FB page, inquiring if this is common practice in the area and if it's happened to others. I never mentioned the offices name. Coincidentally (or not) I received a call shortly thereafter from the manager letting me know that I had "been accepted" and that she would set up an appt "much sooner than others that had called". She acted as if she was doing me a favor. The whole conversation with her was pretty disgraceful, as her attitude just drips from her voice. I got the appt information, thanked her and hung up. I returned to my post to update that I had been contacted by the office, the appointment had been made and was 30 days out. Disappointing, but, what can you do. It was better than nothing. I still never made mention of the Dr.'s name. After that, I received a call from Ms. Congeniality letting me know that they were going to deny me as a patient now. I was taken aback and confused so inquired as to why. She said it was apparent that I was unhappy with the office already. Still confused, I told her no, I wasn't, what did she mean? Her response to me was that I was causing problems and that with today's technology.....I didn't let her get further than that. I was floored that a "professional" medical office was denying me as a patient over a Facebook post. I gave her a few choice words and hung up. Let it be said, my husband had been a patient of this office for 2 years. He called to find out what the heck was going on, asking to speak directly to the Doctor and was met with the same rudeness and unprofessional attitude I'd received from Shauntel every phone conversation I'd had with her. She refused to allow him to speak with the Dr. Whether or not this physician is aware this happened, I have no idea. If she is, and condones this type of high school drama behavior from her staff, then I suppose they did me a favor. If she isn't aware, then she needs to be and it would be advisable that she looks at who is running her office. Her staff should be working, not trolling FB and creeping profiles.
