It was not as if I was asking for a free service; to the contrary I was about to spend a minimum of $500 on new glasses. Not only did I not hear an option of just lens replacement to save money on frames, the glasses I walked in with that were to become my spares were ruined when they were "cleaned" by a staff member who then intimated that they were like that when I came in - as much as calling me a liar! Even when another staff member supported the fact that they had NOT come through the door in that condition, the only retort I was met with was the old, 'the sign on the door says we are not responsible...'
