I found 2 frames so bought 2 pairs! I now need to get an exam and new glasses. My one frame broke (my fault) but the other is fine and is a metal frame that I love. I am hoping the Dr. that was there still works at that office. I know he worked 2 or 3 day there and in St. Pete, I believe the rest of the week. This provider did not schedule a follow to confirm they were a good fit. I had to suggest and scheduled it . Months later this prescription and or contacts aren't a good match , my prescription is very blurry. I have used Walmart before and had success. I would not return to this location or provider however. I expect a provider who realizes some patients aren't going to be simple and is willing to put in the effort. If you have problem free eyes , this provider may work for you. If you do have issues with your eyes and vision I would suggest going somewhere else.

Right after, Ashley leads me to the actual eye EXAM ROOM, ... to the letters, etc. The 3RD ROOM, Dr. Roberts makes sure the newest equipment is what is being used. I truly appreciate how Dr. Roberts actually explains details of the eye exam results: pictures and some important details of certain symptoms to be aware of, as we get older. The doctor gives out contact SAMPLES and his highly recommended brands. I opt to get glasses and Emily takes the time to actually walk around with me and personally pick for me based on my preferences: any cost-effective frame with hinges and preferably in gold. In less than 15minutes, we found one and Emily helped me looked online for a different color (gold and black) than on the display. With frame and lenses , with anti-glare and blue-light feature, (and using my insurance), I am ecstatic to pay $131. I made sure to ask for the detailed breakdown of the exam and RECEIPTS, and Emily hands me a cute PACKET with everything in it. 3 strikes, you're out! Nice people earned them the one star…read more 1. Being on a Medicaid plan, I didn't expect to pay $44 out of pocket. 2. Got an email saying your order is ready to pick up. When I got there, 2 signs on the door said they were closed AND if you were picking up an order, knock. The manager told me HE couldn't dispense anything. The Dr. just retired so there was no one certified to ... [lame excuses follow]. Nothing in the email hinted about the closing. 3. Next day I called before making the drive. "Of course we're here!" and the same excuse from yesterday. Yeah, yeah. When she unboxes the glasses, I see they used a different color frame! I picked out purple. She showed me ones that were labeled "light brown" - not the same! She started to explain how they would fix the mix-up, but I told her that was 3rd strike, and I was done. Refund my insurance and me. Today the $44 is back in my account and I'm never going near that place again. Extra innings: That was in May. He is asking about a product right in front of him, and doesn't know why? He needs some customer education, too bad that isn't part of their curriculum. So I left.
