Dr. Morrissey and Katlin were very friendly, open, and professional. I only waited around five…read moreminutes for my appointment and I had paperwork to fill out anyway. The waiting room was very airy and clean with big windows and good circulation. There were books for children and magazines and the chairs were comfortable. There was also a coffee maker but I didn't have any so I don't know the quality of the coffee. Dr. Morrisey was very proficient and worked quickly but not hurriedly. I didn't feel rushed and we chatted as she worked. Dr. Morrisey was very honest about the future of my eyesight and gave me advice on how to maintain my eyesight for as long as possible. She answered all of my questions and gave me advice for buying glasses on a budget as I don't have insurance. Katlin also priced some frames for me from their own stock and put aside my chosen pair in case I do decide to purchase glasses from Dr. Morrisey. They accept Care Credit and possibly other medical credit lines. Katlin told me that they send "thank you" cards to referring patients which I thought was really nice as a relative referred me.

Eye exam went well, but service is terrible. It has been over 3 weeks since I ordered my glasses. I…read morecalled them after two weeks without glasses, and they told me that the glasses had shipped. Four days later I called to find out if the glasses had arrived, and they told me that they shipped just that morning. In other words, they lied about being shipped earlier. Further, they sent the glasses through snail mail instead of Fedex, and will not arrive for another three days. What were they thinking? If the glasses actually do arrive, it will be nearly four weeks after the original order. If the prescription is not exactly correct, I will demand a refund and will purchase the glasses elsewhere, which has to be better than waiting another four weeks from this outfit. I will never buy glasses from them again. UPDATE: It has now been over a month and still no glasses. I need to go to another place to get glasses because I can no longer go without.
