The defensiveness, dismissiveness and immaturity you see in the business owner's responses/behavior is the exact same repugnant attitude him and his staff decided to show me (a new client) after making the grave mistake of giving him a chance at patronage. The onus was on you to have a contingency plan for emergencies in place for all of the appointments you could not fulfill that day. You were asked the day of cancellation and the next business day (Saturday) was there a plan to reschedule or reassign services to someone else. Either you were ill-equipped to be solutions based. Or you genuinely thought it was acceptable to make me wait another 5 months to be serviced by you if I was complicit do to so. One could only imagine. But you do not get to treat people poorly after they've given you their hard-earned money and time that is infinitely priceless. You can reject whatever you choose. My points still stand. And you can do business with whomever you want. Because there is better out there. But please know that you are not in any type of position to silence me or tone police when I have critiqued you justifiably. Your ability to withstand it is your issue and yours alone.
