A Disappointing Experience…read more I recently had an unfortunate experience with a SpecSavers Knoxfield that requires customers to make appointments in advance, only to keep them waiting for an unacceptable length of time. I waited 50 mins and walked out after not being seen. I had asked a few times and was told not much longer. I understand that schedules can occasionally run behind, but waiting for an hour past the appointment time demonstrates a lack of respect for their clients' time. The requirement to pre-book implied an organised and professional approach, which led to high expectations. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite. Despite arriving punctually, I was left waiting in the reception area with no clear communication or updates about the delay. The staff seemed indifferent and made no effort to apologise or reassure me. The poor time management and lack of courtesy overshadowed any positives. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer and questioning the Specsavers's commitment to delivering a seamless service. The good thing is, there are more competitive companies out there. I have been going to Specsavres for years and would normally buy 10 glasses at a time. No more from me. You have lost my business.

You should take great care with your eyes, and not trust them to some big conglomerate. I recommend coming here if you are anywhere near the area and have a checkup or discuss any issues you have with your eyes.
