I've been here about 4 or 5 times now and this restaurant has been consistent in food taste, friendliness/service and cleanliness. Today I had the lunch combo $12 which was eight wings, side, and a drink. I tried the secret chili flavor. It showed 1 red pepper for spiciness. Well, I didn't find it spicy at all, but that's okay it was still tasty. I think it is suppose to be sweet & heat. It was good and I would order it again. The soy garlic wings and honey garlic wings are also good choices! The lady working at the register is always nice and friendly. I've seen her everytime I've been here. The restaurant has always been clean including the bathroom which is good, because you know if the bathrooms are dirty their kitchen probably is too! And that's no bueno! Good place to eat. I was in the city for a short time, looking for something not just burgers after a long trip. This place has really high review, wanted to give it a try. There are good selection of Korean food, I tried their kimchi noodle soup and the spicy fried chicken, the food is not authentic Korean food. The noodle soup is like instant noodle, broth had no flavor basically just Kimchi flavor in it and some vegetable thrown inside. The size of the chicken wings are big, have to amid that it's fresh and crunchy, but the sauce is not spicy and we also had the mala flavor it taste just like soy sauce nothing mala about it. The Bibimbap is also very bland. Its only good if you want a quick fix of some wings It's self service, I didn't know that so I tipped normal amount for sit down service without knowing visiting for the first time. They didn't have to put tips option on the check if its self service tho. read more

This place is my go-to for great Korean fried chicken. Lots of tables and free parking in front of the restaurant. If you dine-in, you just go to the counter and grab one of the menus. Whenever you are ready to order, just head up to the front, place your order, pay, and then have a seat at any of the tables. Service is very quick and they also have take-out containers on a counter for easy access. Whenever I have eaten there, it's not really crowded as most people do take out. Nice place! read more

Phenomenal bite. The calamari and potstickers appetizer were unlike any other I have ever had before. 100% recommend the honey garlic chicken. The breading on these wings were so crispy and crunchy- yet light and airy. I am a diehard traditional, bone-in wing fan yet found the boneless to be better. Easily top 5 fast food spots in Sioux Falls. I will add: wait can be long. This is an order and sit down restaurant, though they do bring it to your table. Though not recognized as an authentic Korean restaurant, I am a fan of the kimchi jiggae with beef. I've ordered it twice from here and both times it's been delicious. You order at the counter and then sit down, your food is brought to your table when it's ready. The cashier is friendly and service is fast. The place hasn't been packed when I've visited, it's laid back and I like it. I'm hoping to give their wings I try soon! read more

My wife and I had intended to dine at Taphouse 41, but we didn't realize they were closed on Sundays. We really wanted to find someplace nearby to eat before our movie at the West Mall 7, and wound up here. I was sort of under the impression it was a Greek place, but apparently it's Korean fried chicken. That turned out to be fortuitous, as neither of us had ever previously had Korean fried chicken, and it's amazing. I think I've only once had chicken I liked better than what I ordered there (boneless wings w/Secret Chile Sauce), and that was at a Southern-style place in the Bay Area that's been closed for over twenty years. So that's pretty good. We're DEFINITELY eating their chicken again. read more

Went here 30 mins before closing. We've been driving for 7 hours straight. Exhausted and just wanted some great food. They were simpathetic and took our to go order anyways! Good place. Lots of choices on the menu, I had a hard time deciding! You order and pay first at the kiosk from the staff. You get utensils and to go boxes yourself to the side. The beef Kimchi Jjigae was great. Very flavorful, very hot, and lots of goodies inside. There are bean sprouts, tofu, kimchi, scallions, onions, and an egg. It comes with a side of rice. I also got the half and half wings. It was confusing when I ordered. But just know that you'll get half original, and half spicy. The spicy could have been better - it had chili powder on it, but didn't taste like there was any salt so it just had a kind of bitter taste. The original was fine, nothing new, but both flavors had a good crunch, the meat was tender, could be more tender and fresh though. Overall pretty good, would like to try the fries, chicken rice, and gyoza next time. read more

I am a big KFC fan. I haven't had it in awhile so thought checking out this spot on the way home would be fun. It did not disappoint. The chicken was scalding hot and sauced with a generous amount of garlic soy. The staff was attentive and advised be immediately to take a menu and take my time in deciding I wanted. They give you a number and bring out your food when ready. I was also happy to see they offered disposable gloves to prevent gross fingers. Took my family for meal and I'm never going to get chicken wings from any where else other than here. We shared the 8 piece bone in soy garlic wings and the secret chili wings. This was my first time to try Korean fried chicken. The chicken has more breading & is a lot crispier than KFC or Popeye's, & has a sauce or glaze drizzled on it. I had the Soy Garlic Boneless Wings, which were good but a little tame for my tastes. The flavor is similar to General Tso's to me. If you like Korean fried chicken, this is probably the only game in town, so go wild with it. It was my first time trying this culinary branch, and I left somewhat unsatisfied. As far as I can tell, the draw is that the breading is super crispy, and the soy garlic boneless wings I got were solid in that department. I also tried the seasoned fries, and I for sure wouldn't order them again. Completely crusted in parmesan, and they had a weird sweetness to them. The place itself does primarily counter service. It's a new business, so it's fairly clean inside. Just your normal assortment of high tops, booths, and tables. Not gonna lie, I would try this again if my meal didn't cost $25. But for that price, I'm a little hesitant to go back for something I wasn't enamored with. I got my food and took it home once I got home and sat down and started eating I opened the kimchi and it smelt sour I know kimchi is fermented cabbage but not even when I buy it from Walmart does it smell or taste like that. The next thing I tried was the chicken it tasted burnt the shrimp wasn't done/raw and the takoyaki was slimy on the inside. The tteokboki was very fishy tasting and had a taste of celery which I stated in the beginning that i am severely allergic too. She told me there wasn't any celery in it when it tasted like there was. I will not be going back. read more

Lots of pros, so I'll save those. The only negative remarks I have are that I wish they had small orders (smallest you can get is 10 piece wings) and everything was quite sweet. Even the spicy and salty stuff was pretty sweet. That's not my personal preference, but I know a ton of people who would love it. Now for the good. The boneless wings are SO crispy, the seasoned fries are addictive, each "boneless wing" is literally half of a chicken thigh, and they were incredibly juicy, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We've visited twice and got bulgogi, bibimbap, wings, bull dak, and pork buns in those visits. I'll review each dish on their own: Bulgogi The bulgogi was underwhelming. No sweetness and barely salty/savory. Not enough sauce to properly coat the meat. The green peppers were overpowering, giving it a fajita feel. For $19, I expected way more. Bibimbap The best dish and the reason we went back a second time. The sauce is a real winner and the rice is crispy due to the stone pot it's served in. Wings Soy garlic was great! The cheesling tastes more like cheese-flavored chips in that they were sweet powder. The honey garlic was too sweet (too much honey, not enough garlic). The original is exactly what you'd expect it to be. Bull Dak I got this on opening week and they notified that they didn't have the rice cakes when they were serving it to the table. Could've told me that when I was ordering, yet had the audacity to charge full price for a dish that was lacking a big component. It also could've been spicier. Pork belly buns The pork belly was tender and sweet, but the bun was so soggy. Excluding the bibimbap, the food wasn't impressive. However, it does fill the lack of Korean food in Sioux Falls. I'll continue to come back for the bibimbap, try other dishes, and hopefully that'll improve my rating of this place. read more

I got the chicken Yakisoba and my husband got the sweet spicy wings both were really good. The inside is very nice and clean. The service wasn't great, the hostess/cashier was rude and not very helpful with menu questions. With that being said we will be back the food is really good! read more

My lips were greasy (!!) just eating a couple bites. As a wok owner, your noodles should never ever be coated in oil. There's sauce for a reason people! Also I've found better frozen Harumaki than (I'm assuming) frozen ones they served.
