It felt like the medical staff were not equipped to handle conditions that go beyond routine well-child visits. There was no effort to investigate the underlying issue or provide appropriate care. On top of that, the wait time was unacceptable. I brought my child in and waited for about an hour between the lobby and the exam room. After we were denied help, the front desk staff appeared to be laughing and chatting casually, showing a lack of professionalism and sensitivity given the patient's condition. Overall, this experience was frustrating and concerning. I would not recommend this clinic if your child has a serious or complex medical issue.

She was friendly, helpful, and funny! I'm here for my 13 year old son to be seen, and they asked me if there were any concerns, and you can tell they were legit concerned as I was speaking about a couple of issues my son is having. Being 0800 on a rainy day, this place was nothing short of amazing. I'm glad I chose to come here, and will be back in 2 days for my daughter! Everything is clean, and spaced out for social distancing.
