Our Friday morning class was coaches by Gina and she was so fantastic and welcoming. We had a great time. Saturday morning partner workout was so much fun with Alan coaching. She also offers a gentle blend of yin postures into any class that calls for it. She's taught many classes utilizing different props to enhance or support your yoga practice.
