There customer service is absolutely horrendous, I am pretty sure no one there knows how to work with people. They are scammers, they scam people out of money by charging the tenants things the owners are supposed to pay for. They are unreliable when something is wrong, you call and call and call and then they will send someone over to fix something with duct-tape. The owner, Ben, needs to be more involved in his tenants and what is going on in his business rather than let his staff call of the shots and treat tenants with no respect or decency. They WILL find something to take your deposit, SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT rent from them. When our lease of 3 years was up, they did not cross check the move in report, we as the new tenants filled out, before they gave us our move out report trying to say things like, "uneven tile in the bathroom." These things are petty to say the least and as a renter, no I did not build this house. Them not cross checking reports, just SHOWS they do not know what they are doing in that business.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this PM!!!! I almost wanted to pay them money to be done with them. Horrible. If there were negative stars I would give them more than a hundred. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM! I even feel bad for the property owners who have no idea how terribly this place is ran. Would never trust property to them for fear that the maintenance crew would screw everything up.

My job took a turn and I could no longer afford the rent, and had an opportunity to move out of state to live for free......before my lease was up. Instead of leaving them high and dry, I gave them about 60 days notice of my situation and FOUND them a new tenant so that they wouldn't be out any rent, and wouldn't have to spend any money on advertising the property. Upon moving out, I cleaned the house until it sparkled. The oven was not at a desirable cleanliness level when I moved in, so when I moved out it actually was CLEANER than before. I checked every lightbulb, every smoke detector. I mowed and weeded the front lawn. The back lawn needed to be taken care of, but I didn't have the tools for that so I left it for them (I fully understand being charged for the lawn care). I paid Master Cleaners to come and clean the carpets before I moved out. I was sent an invoice with a breakdown of what they were charging me. It included mostly things I had already done myself, including a CARPET CLEANING fee of $150. $50 more than what I had already paid a professional to do?! These "charges" all added up to exactly my deposit, ironically. On top of this, there was a $98 "balance" on top of this. YEAH RIGHT! A friend of mine broke her lease with this company because her unit was infested with mold and she and her dog got sick because of the inhabitable conditions. She also didn't receive any deposit back. My sister's boyfriend also didn't get any deposit back, and his "invoice" included a carpet cleaning fee.....HE HAD HARDWOOD FLOORS. DO NOT ever rent from this company. You will be sorry.
