Hunter, Hunter, Hunter! You really worked your a$$ off at this party!!!! Thank you again for doing…read moresuch a wonderful job- your drinks are FANTASTIC. I was in charge of planning a party with colleagues- I was desperate for a bartender after mine cancelled 2 weeks before the party. I came across this Yelp and was a little leery because there aren't many reviews. Hunter and I had a great conversation and I felt reassured. Hunter was helpful, eager, and though he's a newer bartender, he's well on his way of being so busy he won't know what to do! This guy is great. His drinks got so many compliments. We had a heavy Old Fashioned group- he made so many smoked Old Fashions! The group loved them and kept drinking. One of the absolute best mai tai's-when I went to Maui I tried several- Hunters is top 3- no joke. Lemon drops- delicious. People raved over his espresso martinis. He really worked so hard. If you're in need of a private/mobile bartender- I hope this review helps you decide. Hunter makes his own syrups- juices- he brings it all- you supply the alcohol. He's helpful, quick to respond, helps with brand ideas and will create signature drinks for your event. A good time was had- although these guys were a little rough this morning lol- Hunter, you kept the drinks flowing, they were always consistently delicious- this was a group that could drink and the line didn't die down for 2 hours- you smiled and had a great time the entire 5 hours. Again, thank you Hunter. If you're in need of a bartender- I hope you give Hunter a chance. Thanks from SLI Class 555

We hired Arnold for a 40th birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier with his service…read more From the start, he was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all of my questions (and there were plenty, since I'd never booked a bartender before). He was also very accommodating to our specific requests. On the day of the event, he arrived right on time and was fully set up before guests began to arrive, which made everything run smoothly. I'll admit, we had almost chosen someone else based on photos of his previous bar cart, so we were pleasantly surprised to see his updated setup--it looked much more polished and elevated, and fit our space perfectly. Most importantly, the drinks were fantastic--everyone loved them. I would absolutely recommend Arnold and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Coming from the event planner side -- I give TBC two thumbs way, way up!! But this is also because…read morehow well they and their partner company Above All Catering work. I feel like TBC and AAC together is like a wine and cheese pairing. You need both to have a great time! I was introduced to The Bar Caterer when I went to Fete the Venue in Costa Mesa for the South Asian Bridal (SAB) Show in January this year. I was actually there for my DJ/Lighting job at 3D Sounds lol. I was on the hunt for a bar caterer. Low and behold I meet Carlos Valdez bartender. He is one of TBC's managers. We clicked right away and exchanged information. Next thing you know he emails me right away and connects me with AAC! Funny thing is I had two back-to-back March events and I ended up hiring this wonder catering duo TBC and AAC together for both of my corporate events! One was with Pacific Chorale on a beautiful (no rain) Sunday at the Lido Theater in Newport Beach and the other that following Tuesday in Irvine for a Chinese company called Headwin. [Bonus: The Vice Mayor of Irvine was at the Tuesday event and he was raving about the catering services] During the entire planning process Carlos was awesome! He was fast at getting back to my emails and texts. He had site visits to review logistics with me. His knowledge and experience was so top notch! He even did some personal phone calls to make sure everything was going well and if I needed anything to make this event a success. I can definitely tell that he, like myself, has worked all lines of the event service industry and I appreciate how much hard work he put into my two March events. On the day-of event for both events -- his team showed up on time, setup efficiently and safely. He was personally on-site to my Irvine corporate event. Even though he wasn't there at the Lido Theater event, his support staff were great to work with and had no issues in terms of what the client ordered. I felt like both events the guests enjoyed the experience! The only difference was my Irvine corporate event had a higher bar package, which was the Call Bar, that included the Signature Cocktail. They totally loved that personable element and we had to choose a red drink since their company color was red. We chose a Strawberry Mule and it was so good! Lots of guests liked the refreshing taste. The Lido Theater event had the Soft Bar, which only included wine, beer, and soft drinks, which was perfect for a Sunday afternoon event. The detail photos only came out for the Irvine event. I will definitely upload the Lido Theater event photos because that bar we used the theater's existing refreshment counter. It looked so classic! Now for future events -- I will hands down work with TBC again and look forward to working with Carlos more! I am so thankful of the SAB Show and the serendipitous moment that has connected me to TBC. Cheers!

I HIGHLY recommend Coupe Glass Events! Best bartender service ever!…read more I am so excited to write this 5+ star review for Coupe Glass Events and the amazing bartending we received for our Newport beach wedding last weekend. They provided an amazing sustainably focused elevated drink experience that we will remember forever on our wedding day! From the moment we connected with Kieu, the owner, we were impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, passion, talent and commitment to sustainability. She took the time to understand our preferences and needs, and worked with us to create a customized menu based on iconic drinks from our favorite date night restaurants to create delicious sustainable and vegan replica (with a twist) cocktails that wowed our guests. Her service is next level, even before our event, Kieu invited us for a tasting and prepared 6 separate drink for us to try and pick from. All handmade, organic, fresh, and made with love. Nothing was premixed or out of a can. Each one was better than the last. We ended up selection a signature drink for both the groom (myself): a pear and almond cream rum drink, and the bride: a lychee, hibiscus and gin drink. Both bursting with flavor and freshness! On the day of the wedding, Kieu and her team were truly exceptional. They were friendly, engaging, and so passionate about their craft. They made every guest feel special and went out of their way to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They were so professional and efficient, and made sure that every guest was served quickly and with a smile. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks they were serving and were happy to answer any questions. They offered a full selection in addition to our signature cocktail, which were a massive hit! One of the things we loved most was their commitment to using only ethically sourced and sustainable ingredients and glassware. From the fresh herbs and fruits to the organic spirits and compostable drinkware, everything was carefully selected to minimize the environmental footprint. We were so happy to be able to offer our guests a unique and eco-friendly bar experience that aligned with the intensions of our wedding. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience with this incredible plant-based and sustainable bartending service. They exceeded our expectations in every way and helped make our wedding day a truly unforgettable celebration. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional bar experience that is both delicious and environmentally friendly!
