The advertisement indicated they were insuring homes in our neighborhood when in fact they were not. It was a marketing scam. They had sold renters insurance to a neighbor which then, they claim, entitled them to send mailers to the entire neighborhood claiming they also sold fire insurance in the area. It wasted a lot of our time before we discovered it was a scam.
