We also had an incident where my kids (2 boys age 3 and 5) came home in the same diappers/pull ups they had on when they were dropped off. They were their 8.5 hrs and wasn't changed once! The teacher has now been doing petty things ever since I asked her about my kids being in the same diappers. She calls and says they need picked up for "rashes" (we went to the doctor and was confirmed it wasn't a rash) ect. Just very unprofessional on how they treat the parents and some child neglect happening there. Wouldn't take your children there!!!

If I were ever 2 hours late, I would have expected police to be called and notified. I know the policies and procedures of Tender Care - there would have been multiple attempts to contact all parents, guardians and emergency contacts listed for that child. There is a charge if you pick up your child late and after hours, it's clearly outlined in the parents handbook. You're also taking the staffs time away from their own families to continue to care for your family. Make sure you're responsible before giving this wonderful daycare a poor review.

Disappointed with my experience with tendercare learning center in Cranberry twp. I have dropped…read moremy Granddaughter off in the middle of winter and have gotten her back without her coat. Twice another child assaulted her, once he grabbed her by her throat and the second time he shoved her climbing the steps to the slide causing bruising to her forehead but the most recent incident...my son was supposed to pick her up. He was in a car accident and did show up 2 hours late but they called the police. There is a substantial additional cost for when you pick up your child late. They charged me $210 which I would not have an issue with but they withdrew the money the very next day! They couldn't wait for the billing cycle the following week like They did not get my permission to do so early, which caused me several overdraft charges. I would not reccomend this daycare to anyone but if you do send your child there DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!! There were several times that I felt I was being over charged. I decided to pull my Granddaughter out and find a new child care center.
