Dray teaches with powerful encouragement and I was surprised to hold or perform certain poses I didn't think I was capable of, especially in 100 degree heated room for 75 minutes. At the very end, Dray's inspirational seal to the class made me shed a tear of feeling grateful and accomplished. I can't wait to step back into this studio and meet myself in his class again! Be ready to try something difficult, come hydrated and on time! It really tested my abilities and I walked out feeling surprised and fulfilled. Also, I can't forget to mention how beautiful the studio space is. The entire facility is bright, organic and truly a sanctuary for first timers or any yogi exploring new studio space.

Genie welcomed me with open arms and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I didn't realize Genie would also be teaching the class, but it ended up being such a pleasant surprise. I did the vinyasa class, and I usually don't enjoy vinyasa at other studios, due to the fast pace and it's hard for me to keep up. Genie's flow was perfectly paced for me. Challenging, yet grounding. I felt supported, present, and truly restored by the end of class. Also, I love how early this studio opens! It's such a gift to be able to move and breathe before starting a busy day. I'm really looking forward to coming back and exploring more classes here. Thank you, Sin City Yoga!

She then gave me a very dirty look and said she felt put out because I showed up right before her class and just wanted to put this information in. However, this studio also has a sign in front that says they do not open until exactly ten minutes ahead of when class begins. I showed up 5 minutes before the class begun due to the sign they had in front. I guess this yoga instructor simply has a grievance with a polite "no." I decided to go to another yoga studio since I am very unoccastomed to people acting this put out by my simply politely declining to give out my marketing information. So here is my public review instead.

You are greeted by the absolute sweetest human to ever exist/front desk/receptionist named Paris, who has the absolute most bubbly and welcoming energy you will ever see in a person. The lobby has a really awesome selection of retail items ranging from cute mugs to yoga mats and bolsters. They have plenty of seating while you wait for your class, they have two rooms for classes one is Pilates and one is yoga, and then they have another hallway that goes to a massage room. Their yoga studio is massive and super clean (including the floors, bolsters, blankets, etc.) You can see the level of cleanliness throughout the entire studio, there's a lot of attention to detail. The room is so peaceful and relaxing, there is a small stage, cubbies to put your stuff, a wall of mirrors, all of the equipment needed for classes, gongs, sound bowl, etc. I took the Wednesday 7 PM 75 minute Yin Yoga class with Jessica. And it was absolutely amazing!! First Jessica has a really amazing energy and the perfect voice to project what we are doing in class but also so soothing at the same time. I loved how as the class progressed the lights became dimmer it was like a very slow progression into full relaxation. We did quite a few very long held stretches/poses and really opened up parts of the body that were needing to open up. We ended the class with a short sound bath, it was a really beautiful experience. I will definitely be back, I highly recommend checking out The Sanctuary and definitely check out Jessica's Wednesday night Yin yoga class!!

Polly was a GREAT instructor! She made all types of bodies feel very comfortable in her class and gave broad modifications for those who had trouble with certain poses or gave options for those who wanted an extra challenge. This was my boyfriend's first yoga class and he felt so welcomed. Polly provided enough instruction that he was able to get into new poses and breathe through the holds. I loved how the class was split with restoration and yin yoga. The restoration part gave us appreciated stretches and holds while the Yin portion made us super melty and eased into Savasana. Plus, Polly provided a beautiful sound bath while in savasana. This was the perfect way to end the work week and have the stress melt off us.

Coming here has helped me rediscover my passion for yoga, find my groove again, and reconnect with a part of myself I had missed. My practice has grown so much from learning from all of the amazing instructors. They've helped me improve my flexibility, strength, and form, and I always leave class feeling better both mentally and physically. Somewhere along the way, I also discovered how much I love the reformer and hot bootcamp classes lol. I never expected to enjoy them as much as I do, and having so much variety definitely keeps me excited and motivated to come back. One of my favorite things about the studio is how personal it feels. Everyone knows you by name, the instructors are so encouraging, and you always feel comfortable and welcomed. I also love seeing how much it continues to evolve while still keeping that cozy feel. Between hot yoga, pilates, hot bootcamp, and now the new cadillacs, it's become my go-to place for pretty much everything I enjoy. You can tell how much love the owners put into what they've created, and it shows in the instructors, the staff, the atmosphere, and the community. I genuinely look forward to coming in and I'm so happy I found this little gem.

And despite having a spot in the class, they turned me away for being late as the class was full. As they allowed the wait list to take my spot. Which, ok I should have left earlier, so I let slide. This next time, I was first on the waiting list, and I got in the class. But someone who had scheduled to be in the class, but hadn't shown up on time, arrived 7 minutes late! The class had begun, I had already set up my reformer and started working out, but was told to leave, so this woman who was late could have my spot! This is inconsistent and stupid! Im annoyed! Will never come here again! No idea of the instructors and if the class is actually good, as I wasn't able to get to try a class! UPDATE-REPLY : This was the location in Summerlin Las Vegas, Nevada in village square that has Kinderland a couple doors down and La La photography above it. I was 1 minute late for my workout that I had pre-scheduled and turned away - fair enough. For this next class, I was first on the waitlist and was let in after 5 mins as someone did not show up and started my workout and it got to 7 mins after the class started and someone who had scheduled showed up late and I was kicked out and had to go home, so that they could workout. I just felt like this was a double standard, since I was turned away for being 1 min later after I had scheduled. But this woman was 7 mins late and I got kicked out so that she could workout. You did not find my name in your data base cause Kay is my nickname (short for Kendra) and I have been since married and my last name no longer begins with G! I booked a Thursday evening Barefoot Bootcamp class through ClassPass and my experience here was…read morejust ok. Parking lot is plentiful. It was easy to find and this studio is conveniently located off the 215 freeway Flamingo Rd exit. My check in experience was quick and straight forward and the front desk receptionist was genuinely friendly. She gave me a quick tour of the studio and there are heated and non-heated rooms. The women's locker room was clean and did not have any funk odors lingering. There are showers available here. Here's where I had to knock off a star. There's lockers provided but they don't have the lock combination attached to said lockers. You can rent a lock & key from the receptionist and they take your driver license as collateral. Now I had to spend my entire class not to misplace or get that key lost. So I let the instructor (Toni) know it was my first time here at the studio. She did not bother to really show me what kind of weights and kettlebells I needed. I had to ask a fellow classmate what kind of equipment I will need. Also, I think it should be a safety precaution to ask a new student if they have been in a hot room before but she didn't ask me. I've been to other hot yoga/hot pilates class and the instructors always ask if there's any first timers. That way, they can keep in eye out for them throughout class. Maybe she assumed I've already been in hot rooms before since I "look" like a physically active person? IDK. It's fun to try out new work out studios around the city but personally, it's most likely I won't be coming back to 103 Hot. If I do, it'll be another class besides Barefoot Bootcamp.
