Never have we known anyone go beyond the minimum effort required to get the job done. Alex was different from the get go. He was professional, timely, businesslike and very efficient - everything that you'd expect, plus a whole lot more. Alex offers the personal touch. He is respectful of both people and property. He is interested in and totally engaged in the project from beginning to end. He is always available, honest and fair, has an open mind, is patient, and extremely personable. It looked like we were going to be refused and would have to travel the Appeal Road. Alex managed to save us the time and the cost of such an appeal, purely by thinking outside the box. Alex made such a detailed and insightful submission to the council that they really had no place left to manoeuvre. Our planning application then sailed through without even any amendments - and best of all, no appeal! We would have struggled for months if we had had to go down the appeals route, and it would have cost us a small fortune - with no guarantee of success either. It is refreshing to do business with a man of such integrity, knowledge, and commitment.
