My son could not get over how cool Mike's usage of a drone was... Still talks about it! It was raining during the inspection and the home has a metal roof. Mike sent his drone and was able to capture flaws and include incredible images in the report depicting the defects. And had it not been for his extreme thoroughness and taking the time to enter areas most people won't venture, we would have endured major expenditures down the road.
