Our employees are all experienced asphalt Professionals with at least 5 years in the industry. Our equipment operators hold no less than 15 years experience.
By ensuring the correct volume of the material used, we are able to guarantee the life span of the newly constructed or brushed asphalt. Additionally, when patching, the old asphalt is completely cut out up to 5 inches beyond the patch area. Once the area is cut into a perfect square shape, the hole is carefully filled just a couple cinnometers above the asphalt surface so that it settles at graded depth and the patch is virtually unnoticed.
We take pride in our Sealcoat work whether it be spraying or brushing onto Old asphalt or brand new. First the edges are carefully brushed so that no over splatter does n't touch concrete or structures including the customers home. The material is then carefully distributed so that the brush tech can evenly coat the asphalt. By using these precision techniques, customer satisfaction and quality is guaranteed.

Meet the Manager: Brendon J.
Brendon J is a highly motivated and experienced asset to our team. He has been a part of or been the lead in every aspect of the asphalt construction industry. His knowledge and charismatic nature has earned him the title of manager and what we at CAS call the "original duo". The original duo are the very first two visionaries to put the CAS plan into action.
The knowledge that Brendon has acquired over a 20 year period has earned him the right to calculate rates based on customer satisfaction.
