He also offered to walk around the house, giving suggestions on small things that could be a problem later, with most of the latter suggestions 5-10 dollar fixes from a local hardware store. As a first time home Ed made me feel at ease for the process, didn't make me feel embarrassed about some of the 'simple' things I had missed, and wanted to make sure the root of the problem was fixed. He wasn't there for some test, he was there to solve a problem, which the tests were just one part. Great guy, easy to talk to, and very detailed.

Ed helped me so much with inspecting my new build and testing for mold. I highly recommend him!read more

The report was a novel (no fluff, just facts), and we were able to use it as a tool in negotiating some major repairs that another Inspector had missed only a few months prior. My son could not get over how cool Mike's usage of a drone was... Still talks about it! It was raining during the inspection and the home has a metal roof. Mike sent his drone and was able to capture flaws and include incredible images in the report depicting the defects. And had it not been for his extreme thoroughness and taking the time to enter areas most people won't venture, we would have endured major expenditures down the road. We paid less than what the others were asking but received a whole lot more! If you need an Inspector, don't look anywhere else. I've already referred a few co-workers and family members and their experiences were also exceptional. He was even considerate enough to send us gift cards as thanks for those referrals. Mike knows his stuff and definitely sets the bar in Morgantown. We cannot thank him enough!
