I had an imaging test done 10 months ago. I was told insurance paid the bill. Today I a letter I was turned over to collections company. I call the collection company and was hung up. I called open air imagining. The man helping me got ugly and hung up. I called back and was told I was speaking to a supervisor. I was told they sent a certified statement. When I arrived, the waiting area of Open Air MRI was fully packed. Everyone in the Office was so helpful to answer questions, as I was filling out paperwork and most mannerly, friendly, and professional. All patients were assisted in a most timely manner and in no time, it was my turn to have my CT Scan. Never have I received such kind treatment, during my scan, very professional, friendly, mannerly, and made me feel better about being there, as I was a bit anxious before entering.
