I had to select at least 1 star. I would give this business negative stars. Very dishonest people. Was sold a tennis bracelet as being diamonds. Paid $1500 and learned the bracelet is fake. I can't believe business are allowed to be dishonest and sell things as real with them being fake. They are only in business because they steal money from hard working people. ALL of the jewelry stores at Isla Mujeres sell fake items. By fake, I mean, not real gold or silver. They new scam is a gem that was supposedly mined from Cenote. This metal is fake and the gem is actually an inexpensive rock from Turkey. It's colorful and refracts light differently from different angles. Not rare. They use high pressure and try to keep husband and wife in the store. Do not accept "free" tequila. They will then think that they own you and may go as far as trying to charge you for the tequila when you decide to bail. I would never advise that you buy any jewelry when you are on vacation. You can not authenticate it. This place is the worst though. All cheap trinkets that they start trying to sell for 3k but they end up coming down to $700. BUYER BEWARE, you will be scammed, given a hard sales pitch, lines about local cenote mines of semi precious stones that change colors under different lightning, they're manufacturers, family owned, etc. The manager is insistent and will follow you outside with his last best offer. At the end, we ended up buying over priced Mexican silver that was not even real and a ring with a semi precious stone that is most likely glass. Avoid this place altogether ran by crooks. read more
