After receiving sloppy and subpar dental work from a dentist in another town that left me in pain…read moreand with filling falling the same day they were done, I reached out to Griswold Dental Associates on relatively short notice for a consultation. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful--setting the tone for a truly positive experience. Dr. Katzoff saw me quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately offered reassurance that the issues could be fixed--and that I wouldn't have further problems once they were properly addressed. I chose to wait about a week and a half for my new insurance to take effect, and then I returned to have the work done. From the moment the procedure was completed, I could tell it had been done right this time. Fillings that had previously fallen out were replaced and felt completely normal again. A more serious issue with a molar in the back--something that had been causing sharp pain when chewing--was also corrected. The pain is now gone, and the poorly done fillings were fully and properly replaced. We were also on a tight schedule, as my family and I were preparing to leave for vacation, and the office went out of their way to accommodate us. I'm genuinely thankful for the professionalism, skill, and care shown by Dr. Katzoff and his entire team. I look forward to returning regularly for cleanings and continuing my dental care with a practice I trust.

He is thorough, and engages patients to take responsibility for their own health, with his support. He doesn't pass out antibiotics like candy. In all this time, there has only been one time I was unable to get a same day appointment for an acute illness, which is amazing. He also has a highly qualified Physician Assistant who supports him and she is wonderful. Dr. Cronin is kind and compassionate, and keeps up to date with latest best practices (unlike Drs. who learn in med school, and feel that that is the only right way, forever.) One of the things I love best about his practice is that he's not afraid to admit he doesn't know something, and if he doesn't know, will either figure it out or send you to a specialist if needed. You won't regret choosing him.

Review #700 One of…read morethe reasons we moved to RI is because of the specialty care providers in this area. One of those is Dr Chopra. He is a doctor who people fly into see from all over the world, and RI just happens to be lucky enough to call him theirs! After months of being on his wait list, I finally was able to have an appointment with him. For his consultation appointment, it's a 5 hour endeavor, so literally and figuratively pack a lunch. Because it is 5 hours, no insurance will cover it, so you have to sign a form stating you understand, and have to pay the $800 out of pocket. After the first visit, the following appointments are an hour and can be billed to insurance. I brought my hubby with me to make sure we asked him all the questions we had, and Dr Chopra was warm, understanding, and patient with us. His evaluation is the most thorough I've ever had, literally assessing every part of your body from head to toe. He has many out of the ordinary ideas for treatments for people with complex cases, and thinks out of the box which is refreshing. The wait is extensive, the cost is expensive, but the attention and dedication is second to none. If you need specialty care, and have the time and finances to go to Dr Chopra, he might very well just change your life. I wish every doctor was as wonderfully caring as Pradeep Chopra!
