I bought an Ozze product and it wouldn't heat hot or long enough to use my product. Their customer sucks and they don't have phone number to call them. they sent me another one which also didn't work and they sent me a gift card to get something different and the codes never worked . I'm highly disappointed and wouldn't never recommend their products. they had noooo problem taking my money and I still haven't received a refund or a different product...." I've been a good customer ooze for years and recommended their products to multiple people. I always take care of my products and clean them thoroughly. I believed them for years about their hasslefree warranty and never thought I'd need to use it. When they say it's an easy warranty replacement they are lying. They do not trust their customers and treat us like criminals when we follow their instructions. I was told to show proof of purchase, and a video of the device malfunctioning which I did. It would just start burning concentrates without me, pushing a button and would sometimes burn the atomizer to near black. Imagine expensive solvent less concentrates sitting in your atomizer, only to start occasionally burning away slowly after turning it on... without pressing a button. I was sent an email today saying my device is totally fine and not defective despite the video I made. I have been ENRAGED all day. However, a Gertrude promised finally they would send me a replacement finally once they saw I'm a repeat customer. If I receive the same device back, I'll be recording a video opening the package with their return address showing how they failed to do a thorough 30-60 min check, which I explained to them that it's on and off. And it'll go on every social media network available. I then paid for a shipping box at fedex, following all their instructions. Gertrude is the only reason I gave two stars for offering to finally send a replacement. Somebody actually decided to finally listen to me. read more

If zero was available I would choose that. 12 days waiting for these creeps to ship the pen still nothing. Zero customer support....bogus tracking number that keeps showing the same BS "in transit" message since a week ago. do not waste your money on these people read more

So apart from being sent out a broken glass piece, they tried to blame me for it. Constantly argued with me via email. And then was hung up on by a supervisor..... Customer service is terrible, but after all my b******* and complaining, they Finally said they would send out a replacement and they want me to send back the broken one, but still as of today. They just made a shipping label for the replacement piece. And refunded my money. I don't recommend this company at all read more

DO NOT purchase from this "business". Aside from bad products they have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, if you are lucky enough to get a response on an email the usual response is apathy or complete lies. I returned my purchase within 2 weeks, after more ignored emails I was told I would receive a refund in a few days but it never came. After inquiring about my refund or lack off, I was told my card was expired (it is not) and that I could not return a product after 30 days. My purchase has been in their possession for 2 months now and I have yet to receive a refund, a replacement, or my original purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OOZE. read more

This company offers a warranty that they do not honor. I registered ooze pen and within 12 hours it wasn't working. The green lights flashed 3 times which is not even an option and it would not draw. When I complained the e mail response was that I had been somehow abusive. There goes that 20 dollars. read more

The best customer service and product! The ooze kettle is my favorite product and the best on the market. The bowser silicone glass, which I bought in purple is smooth and hits the best. I take it everywhere and it never breaks. Thanks for finally creating a good product line in this industry. read more

Ooze has pretty much anything you might need in good quality for a fair price. I have an ooze battery that I absolutely love. It gets up there in temp, so rips the higher quality carts I use. I'm newer to vaping, but I can tell that Ooze will have a firm place with my faves. read more
