I don't get to Total Wine and More nearly as often as I probably should …read more. most of my stuff usually comes from Costco during regular grocery runs. But I've always known TWM has way better selection. Walking in, honestly, the sheer variety kind of overwhelmed me at first. That said, the aisles were laid out really well, so once I got my bearings it was easy to browse around by type. That's about when Justin, the floor/wine manager, came over and asked if I needed a hand. He ended up walking me through a bunch of different spirits, taking the time to actually explain things rather than just pointing at bottles. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't pushy at all - no upselling, just genuinely helpful recommendations. That's honestly what got me to trust his suggestions, and I walked out with more than I planned on buying. Zero regrets, though.

Maybe somebody at Bob's will read this, start putting prices on their beer. Then a can come back and give them a 5th star. Until then, get your beer, liquor wine and lottery tickets at Bob's.

I easily spend over $200 a month here on cigarettes and Zemis not even counting what my brother buys. I even bought a rolling tray from the younger woman before. Unfortunately, the older African lady who works there is the reason I'll never come back. She's rude every single time I come in, always acting like I'm beneath her. Today was the last straw I walked in for my usual cigarettes and Zemis, and she snapped at me saying, "Don't come back in the store without a shirt on." First off, I was working on my car, this is a liquor store, not a restaurant. All she had to do was ring up my stuff. I told her to cancel the sale and went straight to 7-Eleven instead no problem there. News flash this is a liquor store, not a country club. If you expect everyone walking in wearing button-ups, you're in the wrong business. My family and I won't be coming back. Clown old lady to lose a regular over a shirt

This time I picked up a bottle of Saki and it was stocked and located above a tag that listed it as 26.99 - I wasnt familiar with the brand but this seemed like a fair price. I proceeded to wait in line and while i was standing there two employees were behind the counter - only one of whom was actually helping customers - the gentleman helped my friend while the female complained that jonathan or jeremy (some other employees) had left their till uncounted. She was clearly not in a good mood. The line behind me grew to about 5 people during her complaining. She then finally decided to help who was next in line. She (with quite a bit of attitude) waived the next person in live over who was me and I had my ID and CC ready. She didnt ask for either of them - she only said "number please" - so i replied with my phone number. She then said that didnt work whats another number. I asked why she needed my number. And she just asked for one that worked. I assumed it was for some type of membership program so I let her know I wasnt interested - SHE THEN TOLD ME TO TAP MY CARD - no letting me know the price, to this point she had said a total of 12 words to me. So I tapped my card and then the full price popped up on the screen and it was 88$ At this point I contested the price and said this bottle isnt worth 88 dollars to me. She became disgruntled and slammed the cash register closed and said "Well then youre going to need a refund because I already charged you." At this point I was 100% done with her, this bevmo, and allllllllll the terrible service this store is paying her to provide. So i said whatever i dont want to spend another second with you, and took I took the bottle and left. For sure never coming back. Bevmo, Hire better.
