They used some cheddar cheese on top which we were not used to, but it was tasty. The other pizza ended up being a calzone for some reason, but it was good, too. The toppings inside were just not as warm or melted as the pizza toppings were. It was very warm inside the little restaurant, so we sat outside, which was ok.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Speisen schmecken. Oft werden frische Zutaten verwendet. Das Fleisch ist in sehr guter @ualität.

Fur jeden Tag gibt es ein spezielles Angebot, super!

Parking was super easy...and Sophi's son spoke enough English to help me navigate the menu (which you can also translate in advance, if needed, using google translate.) Sophi and her son were extremely hospitable...offering me an appertif (on the house) and some of the best bread I have ever eaten. Octopus is hard to find, and good octopus is even harder to find in the US...well, the dish I ordered was so large, it could have fed two people...and yet, so delicious, I ate the entire plate. Even though I was dining alone, it felt like I was in someone's home...I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend Anna's Taverne to all and any who find themselves traveling through the Munich area.
