I took another amazing yoga class with Teagan and I really loved her class. She had a really great play list and had Sadeness Part I by Enigma in her rotation? She also got in some sequences that were so nice and juicy and got into my hip joints that were so needed (Im a runner and get tight regularly). I'll be taking more of her classes for sure. I dont know if this gym is pet friendly however I made an adorable fur ball friend with a little coaxing by the owner. Owner gave me some treats to feed his very adorable little Alaskan Klee Kai, Kaya (sp??)! I love spitz breed doggies, they are my favorite! Overall, a great bouldering only gym with good yoga classes and doesnt cost a kidney to use.. Im gonna pull the trigger and join this place. The vibes feel right.

This location has a gym area outside with bar bells, free weights, hangboards, and a punching bag, which all feels like a prison gym in a good way hahah! It's surrounded by a chain link fence facing their small parking lot, but having that outside atmosphere does feel nice especially when there's a breeze. In the same area are 2 moon boards, a spray wall, and some other warmup hangboard things. G1 is their original location and is a little smaller than the Miramar one but is the only one with yoga classes. Their other location no longer provides them and instead turned their old yoga room into another climbing area with moon boards. I've done a few yoga classes here one with Jen and another with Alexis. Both are great and different in their own ways, I thoroughly enjoyed both of their yoga styles and will continue to go when I can. As for climbing, I still love their route setting and facilities, and that they're dog-friendly. Over the years there's been a lot of staffing changes but everyone is still nice and welcoming. The drive from the north can suck when it's rush hour and the parking lot is quite small compared to G2. ---- Overall: great place to climb, do yoga, and play with dogs, pretty small parking lot but cool to come to this location for yoga and the occasional climb

Excellent bouldering gym!…read more I have a 2 week pass and had the opportunity to climb this evening here. Ive been to the Poway and San Marcos location but this one must be their flagship location. Its pretty big and a good amount of bouldering here but its also a gym for indoor rope climbing too. I like this location the best as its pretty big and doesn't feel as cramped. But there are lots of reasons why I probably wont be coming here regularly. For one, parking is a bit of a pain. I parked under an overpass bridge but was a bit worried of leaving my car there as there's a big sign that says no parking but saw lots of cars parked there too, so trusted it. The workers here at this gym were super nice and told me no problem to park there. But, parking is a serious situation. I also am not in this area much so this would only be a climbing gym I stop in occasionally. But, what I will say is that the routes are hard here but they are good. I enjoyed a lot of the routes I tried, I didn't complete all of them, but still fun to try and challenge yourself. There was also a lot of people given how much bouldering is available but thats because its San Diego. Im fine with that, just needs to take a little getting used to. I definitely enjoyed this experience and will definitely be back, this is on rotation for me as part of my physical activity schedule. Really nice bouldering here. Thanks!!

This gym might be great for kids but not for adults…read more I am a very active 50-year-old woman and my daughter is a very active 18 year old. We called to inquire about taking one of their adult gymnastics classes, we shared that it's been years since we've done any gymnastics and we were looking for a basic introduction course. We were recommended to take a Saturday afternoon class. We showed up, the teacher never asked our names or greeted us by name. She barely offered any instruction the entire 2 hours, basically stood around, sometimes practiced her own stuff, and said that it was an open class. We stood there with no idea what to do while we watched some people also be confused and others take off who knew what they were doing. When we tried to ask for help or instruction we were ignored and when asked again told what we could or couldn't do and offered very little assistance. This was such a disappointing and frustrating re-introduction to gymnastics. They need to change the class description on the website and / or change the teacher. We shared our disappointment and concerns with the woman who originally signed us up. She refuses to give us a refund or let us try a different class for free. It would have been quite simple and caring to let us try a different class with a different teacher, I'm not sure why they would not offer that. Overall: Negative experience. Very poor customer service. They clearly never cared about us enjoying ourselves or whether we were a happy customer. So had to share here to caution others.
