Maruta Gardner Playgound seemed to be the most entertaining and appropriate for my wild child. Parking was plentiful and the size of this particular playground was great. The aquarium is located in quite a hilly area too so wear some comfortable shoes and clothing. The Aquarium itself is very beautiful and clean with a wide variety of marine life to look at. It isn't the largest aquarium, but there is plenty to look at and, at least when I visited, they had a good amount of things to do such as the Animal Crossing event, local university students showcasing their post grad research, touching starfish, etc. They also had very cute baby penguins that you can identify using a board with their names on it. If the weather is nice, there are a couple of outdoor areas with some seating and a beautiful view of the ocean. The Birch Aquarium is a great place to visit for both children and adults. I would highly recommend checking this place out and enjoy some delicious seafood in the area afterwards!
