This part when installed was not compatible with the system! D & K we're supposed to resolve this issue and still no word on when it will be fixed! Since Enicure has taken over the service has not improved! The techs will have to come out and switch the heat pump to cool for the summer and the switch it back for the winter! Buyer beware!

Hired this company to clean our vents. I went down to the lower unit at 8:25. No truck was outside…read more You can hear the outside door on the upper unit and doorbell. There was no knock at the lower unit's door or a doorbell or knock at the upper unit's door for the 8:30 am appointment. I returned upstairs at 8:37 am in time to see the truck outside the house. I thought he was just arriving but he put on his seatbelt and drove off. No phone call, no knock, no anything. After calling and leaving a message, he responded about 20 minutes later stating he was on the 115, most likely headed to another job. He was clearly in a rush and couldn't be bothered to make a phone call to a client that had booked an appointment weeks in advance. I can only imagine the attention to detail and rush that would have been in the work they would have done. Avoid them!
