Hired this company to clean our vents. I went down to the lower unit at 8:25. No truck was outside. You can hear the outside door on the upper unit and doorbell. There was no knock at the lower unit's door or a doorbell or knock at the upper unit's door for the 8:30 am appointment. I returned upstairs at 8:37 am in time to see the truck outside the house. I thought he was just arriving but he put on his seatbelt and drove off. No phone call, no knock, no anything. After calling and leaving a message, he responded about 20 minutes later stating he was on the 115, most likely headed to another job. He was clearly in a rush and couldn't be bothered to make a phone call to a client that had booked an appointment weeks in advance. I can only imagine the attention to detail and rush that would have been in the work they would have done. Avoid them! read more
