Now I buy none of those things. But they do sell 50 lb bags of potatoes for $12. They sell milk, eggs and butter. And vegetables. And I admit to buying industrial size pickles...because pickles! Really...go halfsies or threesies with some friends and you are getting a great deal. With less packaging.

And perhaps in time, the inventory will improve. Right now it's very underwhelming.

The technicians are very busy but they're nice and will pick up the phone even during the busiest hours. The food court is my favourite, but I think it's closed during the pandemic. If you haven't had one of their iconic $1.50 hot dogs yet, definitely give it a try. Their ice cream cones are amazing too. The parking lot is huge but always busy. Washrooms are clean. Staff are nice. Just a warning that this place gets SUPER busy at times, even during the pandemic. Always expect to be near others and long check-out lines are the norm. Happy shopping!

Firstly, I walk in with my service animal and I am bombarded with 3 woman about my dog, I explain that my dog is a service dog, she does not wear a vest and I do not carry my paperwork for proof of service animal. As described within the Law, workers must never ask to see proof of disability, such as mental health in our case, nor ask for proof of documentation. Furthermore, my grandmother was unable to carry her service animal, per sore shoulder, so her husband was following about 2 minutes behind. Her husband explained that the dog was a service animal and they then began to argue with him. They were extremely rude and unkind during the altercation and all he was trying to do, was get the service dog to my grandma so that her anxiety was able to stay under control. Her husband was then escorted out of the establishment and then was threatened that they would call the police. We we're very lucky that my grandma did not have an anxiety attack.

However, I found it expensive they have fresh produce which could be purchased more cheaply at Costco at the cash register. We were asked if we would use our PC optimum card and that's when we realized this is a grocery store with some restaurant supplies, one of the big things that should have triggered that thought was that there's no membership required. In terms of the staff, I found people very friendly, and the location is quite good. If I were just reading the staff, they would get a five star.

Apparently I was supposed to have opened it and checked if it had all the parts before leaving the store, but the cashier never told me that. Be careful if you speak with Kailey as well. She's very condescending when she speaks. The other girl that tried to help was quite nice though. I won't come here again. I'd rather pay a little more and deal with better customer service and ensure a product that works.

I got many 1L boxes of almond beverage both times. The beverage is unsweetened and goes for $1.50 each, which is dirt cheap! Today, I got two pairs of jeans. They go for $10 a pair. There was a 25% discount on clothes today, so it was ridiculous to get a decent pair for $7.50 each. I also got a rain jacket going for $25 before the discount. This recommendation came from my boyfriend, who loves this store. I do, too. It does get crowded. There are two lines for payment. The one on the left is for credit cards and debit. They carry organic eggs, peanut butter, plant-based milks, vegan options, etc for the health-conscious. Cashier was friendly and shelves were well stocked. We were able to get everything we needed for our week-long camping trip. Easy in, easy out with no wait. Bring your own bags or buy them at the checkout.
