If you use this OnRoute, be prepared for long waits, below par food (even for fast food) and no responses to complaints.

If you drive this way often, you'll understand how boring, flat and how there isn't much scenery until you see the windmills in the Chatham area. The place is always clean, the women's washrooms are for sure always clean when I use them, and usually one side is blocked off because they are cleaning it. They also have a CTC gas bar if you need to fill up, a Market Place, to get bottles of water, or a quick snack, and this OnRoute has a Tim Horton's KFC, and A&W if you need a bite to eat. This is always an easy place to stop and take a rest if you need it whether you're traveling from near or far. Clean washrooms, clean dining area, staff always seem to be on top of everything and there's a Tim Horton's, what more could you ask for in a rest stop?

My debit card from an American financial institution refused to work at the pump, but it was a few steps inside to verify that it would indeed work after I pumped the fuel. I was coming home from a…read moreconcert in London, and I was dropping some friends off from down the road of this location of Petro Canada. when I came back to the station my gas tank was seriously low (less then a quarter of a tank) filling up my tank got me home through the rain storm from hell for a lack of better words, the weight kept my vehicle from sliding more around in the most extreme weather I've drove through. this location is not very clean on the outside, as this is basically in the middle of farm country and was FULL of bugs and mosquitoes flying through the air...best not to open your mouth when filling up. this station has some of the cheapest prices ive filled up at in the province and the service is great as well. cant thank this station enough for being here, if it was any other branded gas station, I would not have filled up. thank you petro Canada for getting me home!

I go in to enquire and got..... that's impossible, which was quickly realized to be true. not the 1st time that I have experienced something shady like this at a petro Canada. I never go to petro canada because of bad past experiences unless they are selling it much cheaper then everyone else. I asked the guy. do I get 109.9 gas, he said its 119.9. he could have made it right. he didn't. STAY AWAY FROM PETRO CANADA. im done with them. sneaky sneaky sneaky scam artists, I will pay the few extra cents to a gas company that shows the customer respect, not petro Canada. good job.
