I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. I specifically asked about fillers, but instead Dr. P recommended Botox and assured me it would fix the issue. I paid for the Botox treatment, but it only lasted about a month and the line quickly came back. What was even more disappointing was the recommendation for a BBL treatment to remove the dark spots on my face. I trusted the advice and spent a significant amount of money on this treatment, but my dark spots did not improve at all. After the treatment, when I sent photos to the office showing that nothing had changed, I was told that I would need additional treatments that were never mentioned during my initial consultation, and those treatments would cost even more money. I felt misled and extremely frustrated. I spent a lot of money based on their recommendations and saw no real results. Instead of addressing the problem, the solution seemed to be recommending more expensive treatments. That experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.

I was mortified, but the staff there were super nice -- they provided me the correct address, assured me everything would be fine as their Milk District locations as only about 10 minutes away, and they even called the staff at age Milk District locale to let them know I would be a bit let due to my having accidentally driven to the wrong place. When I arrived at the correct location, literally 10 minutes later, the staff there was great -- they let know that I would still receive the full service and brought me over a sparkling water while the esthetician, Marissa, came over to get me. She took me to the back, where she performs the spa services. Marissa was absolutely delightful, taking the time to explain her process while also listening to my skin needs/concerns. I was happily surprised to learn she uses Eminence Organics, which I didn't even realize when I made the appointment. Eminence is my all-time favorite skincare line, so this was a major plus!
