Have you ever tried to teach your door knob to speak Greek? That's what it feels like to deal with these people. Every time I talk to someone there they'll tell me something different and disagree with whatever was last said even if I've got in writing (e.g. email, social media message). They provide internet services, yet only accept a change of info by snail mail.
So I paid 8EUR to mail them a letter with proof of delivery yet apparently they didn't get the contents of the letter. I'm so annoyed at how incompetent they are and at how much of my time they've wasted.
UPDATE: you can only cancel your account by calling their expensive 0900-number. Maybe that's with every service provider, but so you know. read more
